Our sourced Full Spectrum Sea Moss blend is hand harvested and processed from the untouched, virgin shores of Canouan Island, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. 
 
Full Spectrum blend contains a variety of Sea Moss colors. Consuming Full Spectrum is a great way to combine and maximize the amount of essential nutrients, iodine, antioxidant, phytonutrient , and chlorophyll content.

Prepare your Sea Moss Gel at home:
 Rinse seamoss off  3-5 times by hand or with a strainer.
Soak the dried sea moss for 24 hours, then simply strain the water.
Blend in a high-speed blender with spring water until a gel like consistency is obtained. 1 oz of sea moss per 1 cup of spring water. You may add more water to your liking. 
(Optional Step) You may add fresh fruit or a natural sweetener of your choice if desired. 
Store in a sealed container, keep refregerated for up to 2 weeks or place it in the freezer. 
 
Recommended Consumption:
Adults: 1-3 Tablespoons daily.

Do not consume if you have issues of hyperthyroidism.
